The Cutest Fall Pieces to Shop at Target

Great style doesn’t have to be expensive and I’m always looking for ways to spend wisely. I love finding a designer or luxury item on sale, but even then it’s price is often enough to blow my entire monthly shopping budget. Of course, I’ll buy the pieces I’ve had my eye on or can’t live without. Life would be a drag if I never treated myself. But if I only bought luxury pieces for hundreds of dollars I wouldn’t be able to make complete outfits.

Enter high/low fashion. This concept isn’t new by any means, but its how I’m able to make outfits I feel good in while being fisically responsible. I’ll wear a pair of Stuart Weitzman sneakers with a pair of Zara shorts or a Cushnie top with H&M pants. I’ll wear a pair of solid gold hoops with a necklace from Target and a few spritzes of Initio perfume. You get the idea. Spend on the things you’ll love season after season or you can’t stop thinking about. Save on everything else.

Target Fall Fashion Wishlist

Target is a great place to shop on a budget. Of course, some pieces won’t stand the test of time but they aren’t made to. So if you’re looking to grab a few pieces to update your fall wardrobe on a budget, these are my picks.

black double looped belt

Black Belt

I already have this and have worn it at least four times. The second loop is a nice detail that takes it a notch beyond basic.

black and white striped sweater

Striped Sweater

This will look really cute with trousers and heels or with leggings and flats. It’s also a really cute WFH top that will make it look like you put more effort into getting dressed than you really did.

cream quarter zip sweatshirt

Quarter Zip Sweatshirt

This is another great WFH or errand top. The collared look dresses up your neckline for Zoom calls and the sweatshirt material is cozy.

woven brown belt

Woven Brown Belt

The woven trend isn’t going anywhere. It’s timeless. This brown belt is a great option to style with dresses or larger tops to give the illusion of a waist. you could also buy it in a longer size than you need so some extra hangs for a nice detail.

black turtle neck

Black Turtleneck

It might be hard to tell because I’m obsessed with neutrals, but the ribbing detail on this sweater is superb.

mock neck black dress

Black Mock Neck Dress

I’m not a fan of how this dress is styled with these boots, but if I imagine this with mules instead of booties it instantly gets cuter. I’m also a sucker for a mock neck.

socks with two stripes

Striped Socks

I wear socks at home all year long. I want to add these for a little fall flair and the colors will go seamlessly with a neutral wardrobe.
