I started The Lady Loves Living in 2021 as a way to hold myself accountable to my personal growth goals. I had accomplished a reasonable level of what I thought was success and wondered why I still felt unhappy. I was – and still am – very grateful for what I had, but there was still a nagging sense of dread I couldn’t get rid of. I wanted to feel more expansive, magnetic, lighter, and more free. I wanted to fall in love with my life.

I knew the work wouldn’t be easy because building a life isn’t like building a bookshelf. There are no instructions. You have to make it up as you go and try things enough times to know if they are for you. The road to self-actualization gets lonely and sending my thoughts and things I learn into the ether helps me keep going. My hope is that this space inspires you to create what you want to see and fall in love with your life too.
